Drink this up, me hearties. Riders on Disneyland's "Pirates of the Caribbean" attraction got quite the treat when they realized they weren't only being entertained by animatronics.
Johnny Depp himself brought his iconic character to life on the ride on April 26. Depp interacted with visitors on the classic ride, which pre-dates the film franchise. On May 1, Disney shared a special look at Depp's visit, which was meant to promote the latest Pirates movie as well as celebrate the ride's 50th anniversary.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales hits theaters May 26.
