Help Houston students get back to school after Hurricane Harvey

SPRING, Texas - Former San Francisco Unified School Superintendent Richard Carranza is now in charge of the Houston School District.

More than 200,000 students there need clothing and school supplies before they start school, two weeks late, on Sept. 11.
