Morning fog gives way to a partly cloudy sky.

Highs continue their tumble to seasonal levels. Look for afternoon temperatures in the upper 50s to near 60 from the Coast to Downtown San Francisco. Lower to middle 60s settle the rest of the Bay. Winds blow in from the north-northwest at 6 - 12 mph with faster speeds over open water.

Clouds increase tonight, brining drizzle by the morning commute. Temperatures dip into the middle 40s Inland to lower 50s around the Bay.

A chilly soaking rain arrives as the morning commute ends Thursday and hangs around all day.
