Man arrested three times for DUI

MORGAN HILL, CA

Police say between Dec. 14 and the end of seasonal crackdown on drunken driving Anthony Maher was arrested three times by Morgan Hill officers.

A police spokesman says during his first arrest, Maher's blood alcohol level was .08. Police say on the second, it was .20, while on the third arrest it was .21.

Maher was one of nearly 800 people arrested in the Santa Clara County during a seasonal crackdown on drinking and driving.

He is free on bail.
