The southbound lanes between Trousdale and Murchison drives were closed just after 1 p.m., Burlingame police Cmdr. Mike Matteucci said. The single block is waterlogged, and water is blocking the main entrance to Lunardi's shopping center.
Because of the poor drainage in that area there is no estimate for when the roadway will be clear, Matteucci said.
