Part of El Camino Real closed due to flooding

A San Jose Fire Department spokesman said this afternoon that firefighters have conducted four water rescues today in connection with the storm system pummeling the Bay Area.

At least three of the rescues have been from the Guadalupe River, according to the spokesman.

No further information about the rescues was immediately available.
