Approximately 2,700 Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers in the Bay Area are without power this morning, many of which are due to stormy weather throughout the region, according to a company spokesman.

"I'd say a good portion" of the outages are weather-related, PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said.

In the North Bay 821 customers are without power; in the South Bay 880 customers have no power; 745 customers in the East Bay are without power; in the Peninsula 561 customers are without power; and four customers in San Francisco do not have power, according to Guidi.

There is no estimated time when power will be restored.
