Grade Yourself on Cellulite
Use this test at home to judge your "grade" of cellulite.
To use the "pinch test," hold your skin between the thumb and other fingers, lift and gradually apply pressure. This compresses the different structures of your skin, allowing them to become more visible. The test helps you determine if cellulite is present, even if you've never noticed it before. Needless to say, many women are unpleasantly surprised when they first perform the pinch test, but it can help you determine whether to seek treatment AND give you an idea of how long treatment could take.
