Delicious microwave salmon

Oven:
1 Tbsp. pure sesame oil
1 Tbsp. thin soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Hua Tiao Chiew
1 Tbsp. hot chili sauce

1 teaspoon Minsed ginger
Green onion, minced
Graded lemon
Chopped cilantro

Method:
Pour on the salmon and turn salmon over in sauce. Place in oven on broil until it's golden brown. 6 min.

Microwave:
Salt & pepper
Place fish at lip of plate
Place in microwave, covered
Cook 1 minute, take plastic off
Turn fish over and around on edge of plate
Re-cover and cook for 1 minute
Remove and turn and rotate again
Microwave for 30 more seconds
