Chocolate Brownie Bites with Wasabi Granache

Chocolate-Wasabi Frosting

Ingredients:
- Boil the sugar, corn syrup, half & half, heavy cream and salt for one minute.
- Add the chocolate, butter and fresh grated wasabi and paddle for several minutes in a Kitchen Aid.
- Allow the frosting to cool before piping.
3 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup half & half
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/8 tsp. Salt
9 oz. Chocolate
2 oz. Butter
1/8 cup fresh grated wasabi

Ingredients:
- Melt together and cool the chocolate and butter.
- Whip eggs, sugar and vanilla on high speed until tripled in volume.
- Add in the sifted dry ingredients, then add the chocolate.
- Spread onto a greased ½ sheet pan.
- Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes or until baked through.
- Cool, cut and frost.
1#12 oz. chocolate
9 oz. butter
2 1/2 cup sugar
6 eggs
2 1/4 cup A.P. flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. baking powder
