Exer-gaming gets kids to move

We told you a couple weeks ago about the hot trend of "exer-gaming" -- combining video games with exercise. Our Janelle Marie recently visited an elementary school in Hayward where they've brought the trend into a physical education class!

Groove2Fitness provides the student population at Stonebrae Elementary School with the Dance Dance Revolution group fitness program that will tackle childhood obesity, teach students about staying fit for life and align with the California P.E. Framework.
