Heavenly carrot cake

Carrot Cake Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • Sweet spices of your choosing to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 7oz. sugar
  • 9 1/5 0z brown sugar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 milk
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 10.5 oz carrots

    3.5 oz nuts of your choosing

    1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
    2. In a seperate bowl combine eggs and sugar, beat until incorporated
    3. Add oil, milk, butter and vanilla to egg mixture
    4. Slowly combine dry ingredients in to wet.
    5. Fold in carrots.
    6. Bake in water bath at 350 degrees for 75 minutes
