Carrot Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Sweet spices of your choosing to taste
- 4 eggs
- 7oz. sugar
- 9 1/5 0z brown sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 milk
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 10.5 oz carrots
3.5 oz nuts of your choosing
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
- In a seperate bowl combine eggs and sugar, beat until incorporated
- Add oil, milk, butter and vanilla to egg mixture
- Slowly combine dry ingredients in to wet.
- Fold in carrots.
- Bake in water bath at 350 degrees for 75 minutes
