Fitness Expert Lorrie Sullenberger shows us how to tone up that middle section:
- Weight gain around the middle is based in hormonal shifts. It is real and number one complaint of the women in our gym.
- Most dangerous kind of fat because it is more directly related to heart disease.
- Find out what your BMI is. It is a calculation that tells you your risk based on the relationship between your height and waist measurement.
- Most women lift weights that are too small. If you can talk easily you are not getting the maximum benefit out of the exercise.
- If you have been lifting the same weight for a long time your body has adapted. Change it by increasing the weight, do more repetitions, go slower.
- You will not bulk up. How we build muscle is based on our genetics. Most women do not have enough testosterone in their body to get bulky.
