An 11-year-old girl was reported missing to police today by her mother after the two had an argument and the girl apparently left her Antioch house through a bedroom window.

Following the argument with her mother around 2:15 p.m. today, Myia Wills went to her bedroom and closed the door, police said. A few minutes later her mother went to check on her and discovered Wills had left out the bedroom window.

Wills' mother then reported her missing and told police her daughter has no prior history of running away.

Wills is described as a black girl about 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs approximately 125 pounds and has a short afro-style haircut, according to police. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and black jeans. Wills reportedly has family in Antioch and Oakland.

Anyone with information regarding Wills' whereabouts is asked to contact the Antioch Police Department at (925) 778-2441.
