$1.2 billion lost with health care cuts

A new report shows Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's budget proposals to cut state-funded health care programs would cost California $1.2 billion in federal funds. The report by the California Budget Projects says the cuts would also leave half a million Californians without insurance. The governor's proposals aim to fill the state budget gap.
