Police also are checking hospitals and jails.

French possibly has a psychological condition and is known to experience mood swings, according to LaDue.

French is described as a white man, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a red and black long-sleeved button-up shirt, brown cargo pants and a baseball cap, according to LaDue.
