Woman arrested for home recipient's murder

SAN FRANCISCO

Police arrested Natasha McJimsey, 22, outside her East Palo Alto home at about 4 p.m. Tuesday on a $2 million arrest warrant for the murder of Kenneth Arthur Jr., according to a police spokesman.

According to Habitat for Humanity San Francisco, Arthur, 46, was the organization's first homeowner in the city and left behind a wife and three sons.

Arthur was found stabbed to death at Thomas Avenue and Griffith Street, near his home in San Francisco's Bayview District, at about 12:30 a.m. on April 21.
