Santa Rosa police Sgt. Lisa Banayat said the robbery at the bank, located at 2308 Magowan Drive, was reported at 9:47 a.m.
Police say the suspect presented a note demanding money. After the teller complied, the man fled in an unknown direction, Banayat said. No weapon was involved.
The suspect is a white man in his mid-30s with reddish-blond hair. He was wearing glasses, a long-sleeve shirt and tan khaki pants, Banayat said. Police have an image of the suspect captured by a security camera in the bank.
