An FAA spokesman says investigators are looking into allegations involving a single-engine plane belonging to 50-year-old Thomas Mark Huey.
Residents say the plane buzzed the same house dozens of times. One man said it was flying so low he thought it was going to hit power lines.
Last week, Huey's ex-girlfriend was granted a five-year restraining order against him stemming from allegations of domestic violence and harassment.
