Various lanes along 19th Avenue in San Francisco will be closed Monday to prepare for a traffic signal upgrade, according to the California Department of Transportation.
Caltrans will close lanes at Holloway Avenue and Juniperro Serra Boulevard along southbound state Highway 1, also known at 19th Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday. Caltrans will also close various northbound lanes around the same times.
The closures, which have been continuous along the highway for about a month, are part of a Traffic Signal Upgrade Project and help Caltrans prepare for an electrical conduit installation.
