3rd Alarm Chicken Mix

  • 1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection Original
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

Mix sauce, lime juice, garlic and cilantro. Marinate chicken in sauce for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center. Serve over a bed of rice with vegetables and sides, or as a chicken sandwich.

Super Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well-blended. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.

Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and drop batter onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Cool on wire rack. Make two dozen cookies.
