A good Samaritan in a boat named "Relentless" plucked two adults and two children from the San Francisco Bay after their boat capsized late this morning, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.

Petty Officer Dorian Jackson said the 22-foot recreational boat overturned around 11:40 a.m. between Angel Island and the Berkeley Marina. The two children were wearing lifejackets and there were no reports of injuries, Jackson said.

Small craft advisories have been issued throughout the Bay today due to 3- to 5-foot swells, Jackson said.
