AT&T, Apple sued over iPhone

Apple and AT&T have been slapped with a lawsuit, accusing them of providing poor service.

The suit claims the companies misrepresented the speed and strength of the iPhone 3G, and that users are getting slower service because the high speed network is overloaded.

Apple sold a million iPhones in the first three days it went on sale.

Apple has said recently that updated software would improve 3G performance, but AT&T confirmed there were data outages in several cities, because of a routing issue in the Northeast.
