The collision was called in just after 10:30 a.m. in the bridge's southbound lane, CHP Officer A. Paulson said.
Emergency crews blocked the northbound lane while the southbound lane remained obstructed by the crash.
An emergency helicopter was dispatched to the scene but was later canceled when ambulances were able to transport the injured parties, CHP Officer Peter Van Eckhardt said.
At least one person suffered moderate injuries, Van Eckhardt said.
Both lanes were cleared shortly after noon.
