Jose Raul Bolanos was arrested around 5 p.m. on charges of sexual battery, Los Gatos/Monte Sereno police said.
The arrest was the culmination of an investigation that began when a patient reported that Bolanos had touched inappropriately her during an Aug. 19 exam at the La Femme Health Care Center, police said.
Bolanos was booked into Santa Clara County jail and will be arraigned later this week.
