An onramp to westbound Interstate Highway 80 in Solano County is still closed this morning because of an overturned big rig carrying large quantities of flour, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A collision involving the big rig was reported at about 3:15 a.m. and blocked two lanes of Highway 80 in Dixon just west of Pedrick Road, according to CHP Officer Pacheco.

A victim suffered minor injuries in the crash, which has caused Dixon police to shut down the onramp to Highway 80 from Pedrick Road.

A Sig-alert was issued at about 3:40 a.m. for the No. 2 and 3 lanes and the onramp, Pacheco said. The two blocked lanes were reopened at about 4:55 a.m., according to CHP Officer Marc Johnston.

However, the Sig-alert has not been canceled because the onramp is still closed while crews unload the flour from the truck, according to the CHP.It is unknown when the ramp will be reopened.
