The coalition plans to auction more than 60 pieces of art, 18 bicycles, bike merchandise, tours and gift certificates to raise money for its bicycle advocacy efforts in San Francisco.
"We are celebrating a record-setting year for bicycling, including a 24 percent increase in the number of cyclists on the streets in San Francisco," said Leah Shahum, the coalition's executive director.
Guests arriving by bicycle will be met by valets who will secure bikes in a 1,000-space lot.
The Winterfest auction and party will take place at the SOMArts Gallery, located at 934 Brannan St.
