Fairfield police are searching for two men believed to have been involved in a residential burglary on Teton Lane early Saturday morning.

The suspects, one of whom is suspected of being armed with a shotgun, broke into the residence through the front door and began searching for property, police said.

The suspects encountered two of the residents and ordered one of them to get money, police said. After a few more minutes of searching, the suspects reportedly fled the residence on foot with some property.

Officers responded to a call at the residence at approximately 3:10 a.m. A search of the house and neighborhood for the suspects was unsuccessful.

According to police, the investigation shows that the residents and the house were targeted specifically by the suspects.

The suspects are described as black men, wearing green hooded sweatshirts and dark jeans.

A reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects has reached $1,000. Anyone with information is asked to call Solano Crime Stoppers at (707) 664-STOP.
