Reward offered for purse-snatcher

At about 11:55 p.m., a woman was unloading her car in the 1500 block of Kentucky Street when a teenager came up behind her, pushed her and ripped the purse from around her shoulder, according to police. The teen then took off and officers were unable to locate him.

The woman was not injured.

The suspect is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans, according to police.
