Sabrina Ramirez was last seen Tuesday afternoon, police Lt. Jim Bizieff said. She has not been in contact with her family.
She recently talked about issues relating to depression and last went missing for a few days before returning home on her own Sunday afternoon, police said.
Bizieff said police believe the girl is returning somewhere during the periods she is missing.
She is about 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 115 pounds. Sabrina has green eyes and black hair with red highlights.
