Massage parlor robbery suspect surrenders

SAN RAFAEL, CA

31-year old Douglas Patterson turned himself in at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department Tuesday afternoon.

He was booked into jail on kidnapping and armed robbery charges. His bail was set at $700,000. Authorities say he will be transferred to the Marin County Jail sometime this week.

A second suspect has been identified as 37-year old Joseph Jerome Flowers. He is a wanted parolee-at-large wanted for kidnapping and armed robbery.

Police consider Flowers armed and dangerous, and say he has a history of violence. He is known to frequent the East Bay and also goes by the names Kedah Zahir, Joseph Ours, Jerome Mason, and Joseph May.

Police say he may be driving a white Chevy Cobalt with an unknown license plate number.
