The ticket, with winning numbers 3, 11, 12, 19, 33, was bought from the Village Bottle Shop at 222 Mt. Hermon Road. The winning Mega number was 30, but the ticket in Scotts Valley contained just the first five winning numbers.
The California Lottery is reminding ticket owners to sign the backs of their tickets and keep them in a safe place.
Winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim prizes.
