Adom Fetter entered no contest pleas to felony charges of child endangerment, child abduction and grand theft, according to the district attorney's office.
During a court-ordered, supervised visitation, Fetter fled with his daughter from Nevada County with $8,000, stole the boat and ran aground in Marina State Beach in Monterey County where they were rescued, officials said.
His sentencing date is scheduled for the Feb. 26, before Judge Larry Hayes, and he will receive four years and eight months of prison time, according to the district attorney's office.
