Nearly 300 people attended last Thursday's hearing when district officials released a new list of schools recommended for closure.
It is aimed at helping to save a $16 million budget deficit.
The schools that may be affected include El Sobrante in El Sobrante, Castro Elementary in El Cerrito, Adams Middle School in Richmond, Lake Elementary in San Pablo, and Shannon Elementary in Pinole.
The final vote will come next week.
Wednesday's meeting will be held at the Pinole Valley High School cafeteria at 6:30 p.m.
