Midori Tomono, 59, was found in San Leandro at about 4:30 p.m. Monday, according to the Union City Police Department.
Tomono was last seen Sunday after she attended services at a Buddhist temple at 32975 Alvarado-Niles Road, according to police.
She was considered at-risk because of pre-existing medical conditions, police said.
