On Tuesday, police arrested 19-year old Justin Michael Johnson in South Carolina. He was charged with one count of Murder and three counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

On Friday, February 10, 2006, Ramos, who was 18-years old at the time, was stabbed at a house party in the 700 block of Contra Costa Avenue in North Berkeley. Three others were stabbed but survived their wounds.

Officials say son after the murder MySpace users were encouraging partygoers not to talk to police about the case. Detectives recently began reaching out to witnesses again and were able to get enough information to determine a suspect.

Johnson remains in South Carolina awaiting extradition to Alameda County.
