Cops investigate Mission District shootings

SAN FRANCISCO

The first shooting was reported at about 8:10 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of 18th and Capp streets, according to police.

Less than six hours later, at about 1:40 a.m. today, another shooting was reported near the intersection of South Van Ness Avenue and 26th Street, police said.

The victims in both shootings sustained injuries that are not believed to be life threatening, according to police.

No arrests have been made in either shooting, police said.
