An 18-wheel truck leaked 100 gallons of diesel after one of its fuel tanks was punctured. Fuel spilled across nearly two miles of city streets.

It happened at 6:30 in the morning when the driver made a left turn across Almaden Expressway and crossed over a raised median.

Some of the diesel spilled into a storm drain, but fire crews say it did not reach nearby Guadalupe River.
