ABOUT DOLCE MORI:
Dolce Mori was established in 1995 by Marilyn Mori and daughter Laura Mori Riella. A restaurant manager from a mainstay restaurant in San Francisco dined at their family restaurant and tasted their tiramisu, made by Paolo Mori, Marilyn's husband, and wanted it for their restaurant. Paolo felt that running the restaurant was enough, but Marilyn and Laura offered to make it themselves and for the next 8 years they made each cake and delivered it to the various restaurants and cafes in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 1992, after Laura had her first baby, brothers Paul Mori and Michael Mori wanted to help expand the business. They were picked up by a few distributors, developed a few more flavors and began the journey into retail desserts. Dolce Mori now produces three flavors of tiramisu, classico, limoncello and zabaglione and can be found in your local progressive markets and Whole Foods Markets in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
