Presbyterians may have first lesbian minister

The case of Lisa Larges was heard today at a meeting of church leaders. Her local church has approved her candidacy twice, but she's been blocked twice because she is a lesbian.

"What will come out of this is a decision on whether San Francisco Presbyterian decision was correct in allowing her to move forward in her ordination," said Larges supporter Richard Lindsay.

A church court decision is expected by Monday, and an appeal is expected no matter what the outcome.
