An older model silver Honda hit a bicycle while both were traveling east on Lone Tree Way near Canada Valley Road at about 10 p.m., according to the Antioch Police Department, who say the driver of the Honda fled the scene.
Police reported that the victim was transported to a hospital with serious injuries, but in stable condition.
