Emmalyn's California Cannabis Clinic re-opened on Friday Federal drug agents raided it Wednesday, confiscating all of its marijuana, and the records of 3,300 customers.
The raid took place just days after the Obama administration said it would target only dispensaries that are breaking both federal and state law.
The clinic's operator called the raid outrageous.
"We have adhered to all the state and federal regulations, and we are stunned by the nerve of the DEA and the US attorney Joseph Russonello, to do something like this," said the clinic's operator.
The DEA has said the raid was justified, but has yet to unseal its warrant.
