Last month, drug enforcement agents raided Emmalyn's California Cannabis Clinic on Howard Street. The raid happened just one week after the Obama administration said it would no longer target pot clubs that were complying with state law.

A medical marijuana advocate met with local DEA representatives Monday morning to discuss the issue.

"Basically they said that 'No, nothing has changed.' And, we find that alarming when the President of America states that the policy has changed, and that his policy is the policy of our country," said Shona Gochenaur, Executive Director of the San Francisco Axis of Love.

The DEA would only say it is against policy to comment on pending investigations.

At least two San Francisco supervisors plan to enter a resolution at next Tuesday's board meeting, asking the president to come up with a written policy and appoint a new head of the DEA.
