One of the suspects, Patricia Sanchez-Aguilar, resisted arrest and was shot with a Taser device, Lt. Al Bagos said.

Police went to the 1200 block of McKinley Street around 9:30 a.m. A resident said he saw a man and a woman walk slowly past his house before the woman sat in the driver's seat of his car parked in the driveway.

The male was acting as a lookout near the street and when the resident confronted the couple, the man and woman ran away, Bagos said.

An alert Fairfield public works employee flagged down an officer and pointed to a house in the 500 block of Nebraska Street, Bagos said.

Sanchez-Aguilar, 28, and Leron Mcarthur, 24, were arrested for burglary, conspiracy, possession of stolen property and resisting arrest, Bagos said.

Police found property from other burglaries inside the Nebraska Street house, Bagos said.
