Sneak preview of "Shadows of Pompei"

A dramatic new musical is coming to San Francisco. It's called "Shadows of Pompeii" and it's a story about a young female painter who seeks to express her artistry despite restrictions of the Roman Empire.

About "Shadows of Pompei":
"Shadows of Pompeii" is a full-length, fully-staged workshop production of a dramatic new musical. A young female painter seeks to express her artistry despite restrictions of the Roman Empire, while disaster looms from Mt. Vesuvius. It's a compelling story of passion that echoes modern times. This is a workshop production of a new musical featuring a new Broadway songs from Tony-nominated composer Keith Herrmann and a story by San Franciscan R.C. Staab.

The show is two hours and 15 minutes long including a 15-minute intermission.
