A 35-year-old woman was pushing the stroller at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Medford Avenue at 7:22 p.m. when it was struck by a Kia being driven by a 45-year-old woman.

According to the CHP, the driver had stopped at a red light and when the light turned green, tried to make a right turn and didn't notice the stroller.

Nagi was taken to Eden Hospital in Castro Valley, where she died.

The CHP said at the time charges were not being considered against the driver.
