FDA: Botox for muscle spams can be fatal

Health officials say the majority of deaths are in children with cerebral palsy.

The FDA has directed Botox and two of its competitors to carry a boxed warning-- the most serious type.

Botox is mostly known as a treatment for wrinkles, but it's also widely used to treat muscle-spasm conditions.
