/*Midsi Sanchez*/ spoke at a vigil last month during the search for murder victim Sandra Cantu. In the summer of 2000, Midsi was eight when she was kidnapped while walking home from school in Vallejo.
A man grabbed her and then held her for three days. Midsi finally escaped from his car in Santa Clara. The kidnapper died in prison.
Friday morning Midsi and three other people in a white Toyota pickup truck were injured in a crash that did not involve another vehicle. She was a passenger.
Police are testing to see if the driver had been drinking.
