7 On Your Side looked into complaints about the company before. The sticker looks very similar one used by a Bay Area Water Heater Company, only it is slightly bigger, so it can cover the original.
7 On Your Side called the company recently and asked where they were located and they dodged the question saying they service the whole area. The representative declined to answer this question and hung up the phone.
