You can give your home a new look without spending a lot of money. Inexpensive little touches can do a lot to spruce up your home.

Bring a little sparkle to your home or home office for as little as $35. Start by throwing together some new throw pillows for your couch.

"Well this is a great decorator's cheat because you don't have to replace the entire pillow. This is a pillow cover. It's in a bright orange and a fun island print and it adds instant impact to your couch," said Andie Huber, Good Housekeeping.

Finding smaller pillows to go with it can often complete the look. Adding knickknacks to your home office can make it more pleasant.

"Swap out your plain pencil holder for something with a little more personality, like a cute blades of grass organizer by Umbra. It's great because you can keep your writing utensils within easy reach, and then you can also keep that bill that you need to remember to pay in view," said Andie Huber, Good Housekeeping.

This magnetic strip from three by three Seattle can add color to an otherwise empty wall space.

"Even hanging something as simple as a colorful cloth blotter can disguise scratches and blemishes.
